Critical Incident Management

From time to time incidents occur that affect workplaces and organisations that are unexpected, difficult to manage and on occasion tragic. At the time of a critical incident additional stress is put on management, staff and the organisation as a whole to carry on trading and continue to deliver a quality service. During this difficult time CLS is there to help. CLS has a wide collective experience in dealing with workplace incidents and supporting industry to manage adverse emotional impact and associated operational issues. Critical incidents, including near misses, can be particularly distressing, particularly if people are injured or in significantly perceived danger. CLS is available to support workplaces during and following such incidents and are able to respond on site at your place of business within 24hrs state-wide within Tasmania and by technology for all states.
